Damon, zinged to death
I like the Red Sox and everything, but this (on Jeff Johnson's site) is funny as hell. If you are in love with Johnny Damon, you might want to skip this one- meditate on JD bathing in a hot tub full of Pantene Pro-V instead.
P.S. Nick S. has a fantastic riff-interview with Panda Bear up, plus the title track from Animal Collective's forthcoming Prospect Hummer EP (which is v. pretty overall, esp. the instrumental 'Baleen Sample') that they did with Vashti Bunyan.

also, that's not funny. saying that johnny damon is *like* our lord and savior (as mr. johnson does) implies that he is not. i resent that.

Did you see JD on Conan last night? It was a little painful. Although to be fair, I'm sure coming straight to the studio after the game would make anyone sort of inarticulate.

i try to steer clear of the media appearances that my boys make. i watched the parade on tv last year, and i'll watch the 'queer eye' when it's on, and i guess i'll buy his book.
jd's definitely a little rough around the edges.
